As I was sitting at my computer the other day I noticed that I was leaning over like a 95 year old elderly person with scoliosis. Hello. Talk about some bad posture. Posture is definitely something I need to work on. The problem is that I never seem to remember to work on it except for maybe when I'm lying down at night, at which time posture is totally irrelevant.
When I actually do remember to have good posture I keep this little tip in mind that I learned from my dance teacher when I was like 10 years old: Pretend like you have a string attached to your head pulling you up into the air. Seriously. Try it. It really works.
