"Live Long and Prosper"

I decided to cut Joshua's hair the other day. I didn't have much of a choice. He was starting to look like a girl. I studied up on the process before hand and everything. Unfortunatley this wasn't enough to prevent him from looking like a Vulcan (with a bad hair cut) once I was through with him.

I was only planning on cutting a little bit of his bangs off. Really I was. It's just that I'd notice that his bangs weren't straight and I'd try to fix it and before I knew it he had like 2 inches off of them. In the end he was left with crooked bangs anyway so I should have just stopped cutting before it got out of control.

So now we've implemented the bang swoop. Sorry Joshua, it's just the only way of making you not look like a Vulcan. Mommy's sorry. So sorry.

You were brave to cut it yourself. It doesn't look bad.

Guess what, I just got your Christmas card. It's super cute. I moved from the Orem to Provo and I called my old roommate to see if my tax info came in the mail and she said she had a few things for me...like your Christmas card.

That is exactly why I will never dare to cut Kaitlyn's hair. I got to practice on Nate before Brayden came along...but I will not do Kaitlyn's. Who knows when her first haircut will be though.

He doesn't look strange or anything though :)

Emily's been doing the bangs sweep for a long time because I've been scared to cut her hair at all. Joshua's hair looks fine though. It was brave of you to cut it on your own!

Joshua's hair looks totally fine! I think that you did a pretty good job of cutting. (Plus, Joshua would look cute with any hair cut!)

I just cut my girls hair too...quite an adventure. I don't have to do bangs yet since I'm just working on growing their hair out. I feel lucky about that because bangs are very tricky...I think you did a good job!
