Next time you need to oil and flour a pan, try using crisco instead of butter, pam or oil. You'll thank me, I promise!

What to do with all that zucchini?!


We've had a lot of zucchini lately, as I'm sure many of you have. Having it straight gets pretty tiring so I've made up a couple recipes and found a couple that we love. Here they are (they link to my recipe blog) in case anyone else needs to use some zucchini!
